Small businesses are the backbone of our economy. They create jobs, foster innovation, and contribute to the growth of local communities. However, with the rise of big-box stores and online marketplaces, small businesses often struggle to compete. NationalDayToday.com has dubbed May 10th as National Small Business Day- how great! With that in mind, we want to spotlight some beloved small business clients on this particular day, as we know that marketing plays a crucial role in helping them stand out from the crowd and attract customers. Here are a few recent small business projects we’ve loved working on!
In case you’ve missed it, Brand It Graphix and Brand It Consulting Group are sister companies that strive to help businesses and non-profits meet and exceed their goals by providing strategic guidance through creative marketing, printing, and expert business solutions. We love working with large corporations, small entrepreneurs, or even philanthropic groups to create a marketing plan that works hard for you across every touchpoint.
Of course, we love all of our clients and all of the projects that we have the honor of working on (click HERE to see some of our favorite spring projects), but today we want to call special attention to three recent projects that were specifically for local small businesses, as we celebrate this special day!
Website design for The Pomegranate Gifts
The Pomegranate Gifts is a local staple for Brenhamites. It’s a lovely store located on the main strip of our beloved downtown square. It’s been serving fresh coffee, scones, and beautiful gifts for over 45 years! We were thrilled to work with the owner, Ms. Connie Wilder, to create a beautiful new website to compliment her fan-favorite storefront.
A beautiful and functional website is vital in succeeding as a small business. A study by Google found that 50% of users will leave a website if it takes more than 3 seconds to load. Brand It Consulting Group has enjoyed creating, editing, and maintaining dozens of websites in our young career. We would love to dig into the design and user experience of your site today to make it work harder for you!
Social Media Strategy for Rusty Petal Boutique Landscaping
Rusty Petal is a new creative service in greater Washington County/ Brazos Valley. It’s a clever twist on the traditional landscape genre. They will rethink your home’s landscaping plan, pot by pot, to create an all-new sense of curb appeal. They typically choose unexpected vessels like paint cans, thrifted furniture, or really anything else!
As this business was beginning to breach into the world, they had our content team at Brand It Consulting Group write a social media + marketing strategy plan for them. We loved doing this because they got expert insight for social media content while being empowered to run the accounts independently. Everyone knows a robust social media presence should be at the top of your new-business priority list. But sometimes, it’s hard to know where to begin. Our creative and strategic experts were thrilled to provide a solid jumping-off framework for this group. And we can do it for you too!
Window Decals for 30 North Gastropub
Window decals are a type of signage that can be applied to the exterior or interior of a storefront's windows. When our friends at 30 North Gastropub of Downtown Brenham inquired about these decals, we jumped at the chance to help. Once you taste the food at 30 North, you’ll be a new regular. Naturally, getting people in the door is the main obstacle.
Window decals are a cost-effective way to promote your brand, communicate important information, and enhance the overall look of a storefront. One of the key benefits of using window decals is that they can help attract the attention of potential customers passing by a storefront. Eye-catching and well-designed decals can pique people's interest and draw them into a business. Brand It Graphix has printed many door/ window decals in the past with great success. We would love to work with your small business to improve curb appeal and get people through your door!
Small businesses deserve to be celebrated for their marketing efforts. By telling their unique stories and engaging with their local communities, small businesses can build loyal customer bases and grow their businesses. We’ve loved every minute of marketing work we’ve done with small businesses. As small businesses ourselves, we understand the value of consumer choice. That’s why we wanted to take a special moment to acknowledge some recent small business customers. Together, we can help small businesses thrive and continue to make a positive impact on our communities.
