Commercial Print Sales Representative

Position Summary

Brand It Graphix is seeking an experienced Commercial Print Sales Representative to generate new business, manage customer relationships, and help clients find the right print and branding solutions.

The ideal candidate has commercial print or related B2B sales experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage opportunities from initial consultation through production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
• Meet with customers to understand project needs, budgets, deadlines, and brand requirements
• Sell commercial print, signage, large-format graphics, promotional products, branded apparel, trade show materials, and merchandise programs
• Recommend appropriate materials, printing methods, finishing options, and quantities
• Gather accurate specifications and coordinate estimates with production, design, purchasing, and leadership
• Review proofs, quantities, materials, dimensions, deadlines, and delivery requirements before production
• Use HubSpot CRM to track leads, opportunities, follow-ups, account activity, and sales forecasts
• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, target audiences, and lead-generation efforts
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business
• Follow projects through completion and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial print sales or related B2B sales experience
• Commercial print industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience with prospecting, business development, consultative selling, and account management
• Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM
• Knowledge of print technologies, substrates, finishing options, color requirements, and large-format specifications
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and projects simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Web-to-Print platforms
• Experience selling promotional products, signage, branded apparel, or trade show materials
• Familiarity with print estimating, artwork requirements, and production workflows
• Experience preparing bids, proposals, or RFP responses
