Please note that all embroidery designs must be provided as a digitized embroidery file in either a .DST or .OFM file format. These file types are specifically created for embroidery machines and are required to properly stitch your design. Standard artwork files such as JPG, PNG, PDF, or AI files are not embroidery-ready and must be converted into a digitized embroidery file before production can begin.

If you do not already have a digitized version of your design, we can create one for you. A single-location digitized file is available for a $30 setup fee, while a combo digitized file for both a left chest location and front hat location is available for a $45 setup fee. Once created, your digitized file can typically be reused for future embroidery orders using the same design and placement.
