To ensure the best print quality, please review the guidelines below before submitting your design:

Preferred File Types

  • PDF (Print-Ready – Preferred)

  • AI, EPS (with fonts outlined)

  • PSD (300 DPI, layers flattened)

  • High-resolution JPG(300 DPI at final size)

Artwork Setup Tips

  • Resolution: 300 DPI at final print size for sharp results

  • Color Mode: CMYK

  • Bleed: Include 0.25” bleed on all sides if your design extends to the edge

  • Safe Area: Keep important text/logos at least 0.25” inside trim lines; the Cut Margin sits at 0.125" around the entirety of the design

  • Fonts: Outline or embed all fonts to avoid substitution

AI-Generated Artwork Policy
Customer understands and agrees that AI-generated artwork may not be accepted or used as print-ready artwork for production. AI-generated files may contain issues such as low resolution, distorted details, inaccurate text, unclear lines, color inconsistencies, embedded artifacts, or formatting limitations that can affect print quality.

Brand It Graphix may require AI-generated artwork to be recreated, redrawn, vectorized, edited, or otherwise prepared before it can be used for printing, embroidery, direct-to-print, laser, engraving, signage, promotional products, or any other production method. Additional artwork, design, setup, or production-preparation fees may apply.

Brand It Graphix reserves the right to reject any AI-generated artwork that does not meet production requirements or is deemed unsuitable for print-ready use. Customer is responsible for ensuring all submitted artwork, including AI-generated artwork, does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights of any third party.

Double-Sided Printing

If ordering double-sided products, upload:

  • One multi-page PDF
    OR

  • Two separate files clearly labeled “Front” and “Back”

Before You Submit

  • Double-check spelling and phone numbers

  • Ensure images are high resolution

  • Confirm sizing matches the product selected
